Barristers Comm is a set of chambers of experienced commercially-focused barristers. The chambers were formed in 2003 and now comprises six members.

Owing to the offices that they hold, two of the founding members of chambers are presently unable to accept instructions. They are the Honourable Christopher Finlayson, who is the Attorney General, and Dr Mark Berry, who is the Chair of the Commerce Commission. All other members of chambers are available to accept instructions in their respective areas of expertise.
